Day1: Arrival in Kigali, Rwanda

Meet our safari guide at Kigali International Airport depending on your flight arrival time, you’ll be picked up and transferred to Kigali City.

Arrive at the lodge for leisure while getting prepared for the next day departure for your safari to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

DAY 2: Kigali - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today you’ll be met by your driver at your hotel in Kigali City or at Kigali International Airport and you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park the home of gorillas in Uganda arriving in time for check in for lunch and evening relaxation followed dinner and an overnight stay

DAY 3: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking

Today After breakfast you’ll be transferred to the park headquarters for briefing and later start your gorilla trek experience at around 8:30 am. Spending 1 hour with mountain gorillas will be a great experience for everyone. After spending a good time with the gorillas you’ll transfer back to the Lodge for a hot lunch and to freshen up. In the evening you may choose to have a massage treat or to visit the local community of the pigmies and later dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater

Bwindi - Kigali Airport - Kilimanjaro International Airport

After breakfast you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport to catch your flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport in the evening, you’ll be transferred to your booked Hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5-6: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a transfer to Tarangire National Park; spend two nights in this spectacular Park. This endless plains and baobab trees filled park has the largest concentration of 3000 elephants in Tanzania. On arrival at the park, you’ll start off your game viewing experience and expect to see giraffes, lions and buffaloes among others in addition to the elephants. Arrive and check in for lunch. The game drive in Tarangire will be done in the afternoon till evening. Dinner and overnight stay

DAY 7: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Serengeti National Park home to 3 million animals, which is larger than any savannah protected area on earth. When you enter Serengeti before you check in your lodge, you’ll visit the UNESCO heritage site Oduvai Gorge where the early humans thought to have occupied about 2 million years ago. You’ll learn much about the human evolution with the research of Dr. Louis leaky who discovered the first human skull and other fossils at the site in 1960. Continue to your lodge inside Serengeti.

DAY 7: Zanzibar Beach Relaxation

After breakfast, you’ll go on a guided tour of stone town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Experience tracing the footsteps of Arab Sultans on Zanzibar and ponder on the interesting historical sites and labyrinths. See actual Zanzibar doors famous for its unique architectural tradition.

After lunch, you’ll proceed to a tour of the countryside to the spice plantations. This place has a rich history and you’ll be welcomed by the rich aroma of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. Afterwards, you’ll be transferred to your beach resort for your 3 nights’ accommodation at Melia Zanzibar

DAY 8: Serengeti National Park

Serengeti offers best wildlife viewing opportunities. It is home to 3 million animals, including large prides of lions, herds of elephants, wildebeest, gazelles, buffalo, buffalo, zebras, and a variety of birds like ostrich. The game drive will start at sunrise explore the area to spot nearly all the large mammals mentioned above. You’ll stop for picnic lunch. In the afternoon animals will be more active and continue with your game drive. There’s an option to do a hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti.

DAY 9: Ngorongoro Crater- Karatu

Today after breakfast, you’ll be transferred from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you’ll explore Ngorongoro crater. Descend into the crater floor for the game drive, this area is compared to Garden of Eden on earth and the big numbers of wildlife can be spotted in a day including all big five, the elephant, black rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, and lots of hyenas, hippos, zebra and wildebeest being the most abundant. You’ll take a break for lunch. In the afternoon continue with the game drive around the Lake Magadi to see flamingos, hippos and other water birds. Later drive out of the crater and transfer to Karatu at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 10: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha Town/ Kilimanjaro International Airport

After breakfast, depart with your picnic lunch beside in your vehicle, drive to Lake Manyara National park for the game viewing until lunch time.

Lake Manyara is best known for the huge seasonal flamingo flocks fringing its shores, along with various other waterfowl.

The National park is also known for its tree-climbing lions, often spotted sleeping in the trees or in the shade below, as well as its big baboon troops. On your game drive you’ll be lookout for elephants, hippos, buffalos, banded mongooses, monkeys, klipspringers, and numerous gazelle and antelope species.

In the afternoon after picnic lunch, drive back to Arusha town at your own booked accommodation or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home, marking the end of your trip.
