Day1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) you’ll be met and transferred to your own booked accommodation to recover from your journey.

DAY 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Pick up from your hotel or airport and commence the drive to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp. At 4:00pm depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve,

ends at 6:00pm. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting.

DAY 3-5: Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy early morning, afternoon and early evening game drives in the Masai Mara in search of the area’s predators and their prey. The general wildlife is abundant and you can also look forward to fascinating nature walks led by your Masai guide, who will teach about the Masai way of life. Experience a picnic lunch, breaking up the day with time to relax-later return to the camp for dinner where the chef will spoil you with fresh bread, salads and mouth watering cuisine that can be enjoyed in the communal dining tent.

Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi - Zanzibar

Depart after breakfast at the camp, check out and drive back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon – transferred to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

Arriving in Zanzibar International Airport, you’ll be met by our guide and transferred to your booked accommodation in Stone Town.

DAY 7-11: East Coast / North of Zanzibar Island

The next 5-nights are spent relaxing on the white sand beaches, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean and enjoying your Zanzibar beach resort at leisure.

The islands of the Zanzibar are famous for their idyllic tropical beaches and are known as the Spice Islands, for the exotic spices grown there. Visit the spice plantations to smell, see and taste the brightly colored and aromatic spices, such as turmeric, ginger, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.

You can take some optional activities like a boat ride to one of the smaller islands to relax and explore, or go for dolphin tour, Prison Island as well as stone town tour.

DAY 12: Beach Resort -Zanzibar Airport - Back home

After breakfast on day 12, you can relax at the resort until the time for you to be transfer to the   airport. You can store your luggage at the resort once you have checked out of your room at 10:30 and continue enjoying the resort facilities.

When it is time for your airport transfer our driver collects you at reception and drives you to the Zanzibar International Airport, where this 12-Days Best of Masai Mara and Zanzibar Beach comes to a close.
